Stand with Ukraine
DESCRIPTION
Archival ink on museum-quality cotton rag paper | 2022
Stand with Ukraine, the newest piece from Polish artist Ewelina Skowronska, was created in “admiration of the bravery of the Ukrainian people, currently defending their land from a delirious autocrat’s violent invasion beginning in February 2022.” In a gesture of solidarity, Skowronska will be donating her income from the sale of these prints to the Red Cross Ukraine. “I cannot accept the fact that in the 21st century we are still led by lunatics with huge egos, whose individual choices influence the lives of thousands,” Skowronska says. “We can do better.”
