Minimalist in nature, with clear influences from Bauhaus and brutalist design apparent throughout, Tenebris is a continuation of Millet’s studio work. Across the series, the artist explores different styles within minimalism, yet connects them all under the auspices of common goals: contrast, simplicity, texture, form, and line.

About the Artist
Tabitha Millett
Tabitha Millett’s work explores material moments of agency, simplicity, movement, and texture. Millett studied fine art at Reading university, received her Master’s in art education at Cambridge University and later earned her PhD at University College, London. Tabitha is currently a tenured Assistant Professor of Arts, Creativities, and Education at Cambridge University.
