Vizcaino Desert Diptych
DESCRIPTION
Archival ink on museum-quality cotton rag paper | 2018
These landscapes were taken in the Vizcaino Desert in Baja California. Close to home yet otherworldly, Gabor finds this region evocative of a pre-human era, inspired by the untouched expanse of giant mesas, cutting arroyos and ancient volcanoes.
