DESCRIPTION
Archival ink on museum-quality cotton rag paper | 2015
Veering into a more experimental realm, Brun’s main idea within this series is to make the initial subject of the image disappear in using the fundamental process of photography, sun and chemical products. “To illustrate the overflow of images we have daily access to, I’ve photographed everyday subjects and destroyed it during developing. After its destruction, a new random picture is generated. The new image is composed with only forms and colors, and without any distinct object.”

"I want to see something dreamy with the familiar, the everyday life and nature. I want to express the dream of a child hunting a shooting star.”
