Lives and works in Seoul, South Korea
Jihyeon Park is a Seoul-based contemporary artist whose oil paintings allow organic forms to naturally ripple into pure abstraction. Through translucent layers and fluid brushwork, the artist translates the rhythmic movements of nature and her inner depth onto the canvas. Rooted in a philosophy of softening and deepening, Jihyeon’s meditative pieces serve as a peaceful sanctuary, accompanying viewers with a sense of gentle strength and comfort. Park's work has been exhibited in solo shows at Gallery Doll and Gallery Tya in South Korea, and in many group exhibitions.
