Hunter Ash is an abstract painter living and working in Austin, Texas. Her work explores the rhythms of faith, emotion, and the nuances of everyday life through layered, intuitive compositions. Originally from Basalt, Colorado, she developed an early affinity for the natural world, spending much of her time outdoors - an influence that continues to inform her practice. She received her BFA in 2018 and has shared her works and shows and exhibitions throughout Texas.
