Refund policy
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your unframed print*, original work or functional object please email us at info@thetappancollective.com and we will gladly offer store credit within 10 days of receipt.
A 20% restocking fee will apply. Tappan will cover the cost of return shipping, but the artwork must be returned in its original condition.
*Please note that custom framed items, artworks sized 40 x 60 inches (framed) or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return.
If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure Tappan is notified within 10 days of delivery.
