DESCRIPTION
Pastel and pencil on cotton paper | 2018
In addition to the circle, this series of work explores, quite simply, the diagonal line - offering a variety of new and playful perspectives on geometry and dimension. Each work on paper highlights overlapping perspectives of one single still life; far away, close up and somewhere in between. The angle and thickness of Gee’s lines offer the viewer both two and three dimensional perspectives of the subject matter at hand.
