Coinciding with the artist’s relocation to Brooklyn in 2017, Kraus’s new works investigate interventions inbuilt environments. In the UT series, black and metallic ripples are pressed and stacked across each surface, reminiscent of tarps concealing structures.

His work of considers particular locations that were critical to the process of making the work.
