Inspired by the process and repetition of screen printing during his Tappan Residency, Chiswell presents a body of work that references the vast and varying landscapes of Los Angeles. Citing construction depots and Topanga’s sprawling topography as places where he is able to find inspiration to continue his work, you’ll see those visual themes woven throughout.
