Shipping & Delivery
All Tappan orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks.
Processing:
Our team works Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm PST to produce and fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. This excludes work shipped from the artist's studio.
US Shipping:
Within the US, our packages are shipped by FedEx and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork. Most orders can be expected to ship within 10 business days. Once an order has shipped, we will send tracking information with exact delivery dates determined by the 3rd party carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. If there appears to be an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
International Shipping:
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. For the majority of orders, duties and taxes are included in shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process.
For orders that are oversized or require special shipping, import taxes are not included and will be charged separately. If your order requires such, our team will be in touch to provide you with the necessary customs information. Additional paperwork may be required for any shipments to countries outside the US, including Canada and Mexico.
Packaging:
- Editioned prints and photography are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of glassine
- All framed artworks are custom framed by hand and packaged in a double walled foam lined box
- Unframed original works are flat packed to prevent creases
- Oversized works are either crated or soft-packed, and shipped via FedEx or with our art crating partner
Shipment Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
