DESCRIPTION
Archival ink on museum-quality cotton rag paper | 2020
Bella McGoldrick’s photorealistic still lifes capture artifacts of the everyday. She meticulously draws pre-adored, used, and discarded objects, instilling them with a sense of curiosity and sentimentality. In this print, McGoldrick depicts a distinct arrangement of objects that fuse the high and low, from a Loewe perfume bottle to a torn McDonalds pepper packet. The original drawing took her 100 hours to produce.
