Continuing with her exploration of the continuity and repetitiveness that exists in nature, these mixed media on panel and paper works were created during Cooley’s residency in Los Angeles. Her signature organic mark-making is still very present, but here the artist is especially concerned with how the natural landscape contrasts with the urban one.
