Shape Studies is a new series of meticulously-crafted, hand-pulled prints from LA-based artist Cheryl Humphreys. Each emboss print represents a memory of Humphreys’ experiences from recent residencies in Mexico and LA—and also from time spent in her own home studio. To Humphreys, the series is a marker of her growth and learning over the last few years, and an encouragement to her (and us) to keep moving forward.
